Shipping Policy Outside of San Antonio within Texas

Free delivery for orders over $150 (excluding heavy and oversized items such as: nutritional formulas, diapers, solutions, and some equipment).
Orders under $150 will incur a minimum $20.00 shipping charge.
Orders placed by 12:00 noon CST will ship out the same day.
We reserve the right to determine the shipping carrier with UPS being the normal preferred means.
Overnight or next day shipping is available with those charges added to your invoice.

Return Policy

A full refund or exchange for all unopened resalable items will be issued if returned within 30 days from the purchase date. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Please call or e-mail a customer service representative for approval and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any merchandise.
